Does your toddler run the house?

Do you find yourself counting or yelling at your kids to get them to listen?

Do you find it difficult to run errands or shop with your little one’s?

Do you want your kids to listen and obey without raising your voice or pleading?

Is your teen disrespectful?

Are you looking to bring more peace into your home?

My life experiences and 20 year law enforcement background has brought me a deep desire to share what I have learned with parents.

Children that feel accepted, respected & safe in their home will yield less problematic teens.  Equipping your children for the world needs to start when they are young.  If your challenged controlling your 4 year old you will be even more challenged when they become a teen when the stakes are even higher.  A time in their lives where the learning curve can cost them everything.  Love & Logic is the best program I have found that meets the needs of what are children need.

Public service constantly put me in touch with children who generally felt like their parents did not fully care for them. Giving them “things” is not what they truly desire.  They want YOU, otherwise they will look for acceptance, respect or security elsewhere and find nothing but trouble. Our time, attention, respect, and of course our love, is what they truly desire.  They need to know that how they act does not determine their worth to us.  If your the parent of a teen they need you now more than ever.  Now is not the time to stop parenting.  Your kids are depending on you. Love & Logic concepts can be started at any age with amazing results.  I also provide mentoring for parents as well.

My philosophy:  We all possess the ability to touch a life, especially the lives of children who need adults to believe in them and see them for who they can be.  Everyday Heroes is all about relationships.

Whether you are a teacher, coach, caregiver or parent, Everyday Heroes can provide you tools for being that Everyday Hero that children are longing for. An Everyday Hero is an ordinary every day person-no one special; just someone who cares & fully invests in the lives of children.  Remember-no cape is required to be an Everyday Hero, just a desire.

Mission Statement
